[Tall-Corn] Problem with Des Moines Register and other Ganette Newspapers on NFB-NEWSLINE

Some of you may have already noticed a very abbreviated Des Moines Register
on NFB-NEWSLINE today.  The National Office is aware of this problem and is
trying to effect a solution to the problem.
