[Tall-Corn] National Convention preregistration

Greetings Fellow Federationists:

If you haven't seen it yet, preregistration for the 2020 national convention
has been delayed due to technical issues. It is expected to be up and
running by Tuesday 3/10/2020. If I hear more information or if there are
further delays, I'll pass it along. Please let me know if there are any
questions. Thank you for continuing to build the Federation!
