[Tall-Corn] 2021 NFBI Resolutions now on nfbi.org

Hello Brian et al:

I wish to thank you, Cindy Ray, the Resolutions Committee, and other
fine folks who contributed to the creation of our 2021 NFBI state
resolutions. Here is hoping we can all benefit next time we wish to
cast our votes, work with DHS, and use an e-reader device (and kudos
to our state library for blind and print disabled residents).

Again, well done on Resolutions 2021-01 through 2021-04.
