[Tall-Corn] Iowa Medicaid

Nice auto reply from the DRI fan page. Alas, it's a start as I have
used the online intake form. Resorted to copying and pasting my info
via email as the online form kept showing error messages no matter how
correct I was. Below is the auto response. Food for thought as we hope
for other Iowans to "crawl out of the woodwork" to help get a similar
mass case in motion similar to Indiana.
