We are sad to announce that on January 28, 2022, at the age of 81, Theodore 
R. Hart (Mount Pleasant, Iowa) passed away.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Ronald Hart and Bertha Hart (Mills); 
and his brothers, Gene Hart and Ronnie Hart. He is survived by : his 
children, Janet Wright, Larry Hart (Sue Anne) of Palm Bay, Jim Hart (Holly) 
of Jacksonville, Tony Hart (Jenny) of Snowville, Virginia and Shawn Hart 
(Christina) of Ottumwa; and his siblings, Gary Hart, Janet Young, Joan 
Millard, Berta Pearson, Ginger Robertson and Cherry Hermanstorfer. He is 
also survived by 19 grandchildren and 37 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 3rd 2022 at 2:00 PM and from 
5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Murphy Funeral Home (408 N Broadway St, Mt 
Pleasant, IA 52641). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 4th 
2022 at 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (100 E Webster St, Mt Pleasant, 
IA 52641).
Memorials may be directed to the Federation of the Blind in his memory.
