Good Evening Federation Family:

For those going to convention in person, you may now sign up to work shifts
at the Iowa table in the exhibit hall. You may access the form at the
following link.

https://nfbi.org/national-convention/exhibit-table-signup

You can also get there from our home page near the bottom under the national
convention heading.

Please note, the form is not set up to stop duplicate shift entries, so if
more than two people sign up for the same shift, we will need to work out
alternate shifts for people to work. The table should only have two chairs
available, so please keep that in mind when signing up for shifts. The form
will close June 30 so that all of the information can be gathered and shift
changes communicated before the first day of the exhibit hall as needed. If
you have any questions about the schedule, please reach out to the table
coordinator, Chelsea Van Gorp. You may email Chelsea at

cvangorp at nfbi.org <mailto:cvangorp at nfbi.org>

or call 601-618-5170. Please note you should receive a confirmation email
letting you know your form has been submitted.

We will be selling Iowa scissors, popcorn, and hats from the Southeast Iowa
chapter. Louisiana is having sales tax collected this year, so the prices
are as follows:

Scissors are $6

Popcorn is $9

Hats are $14

Please reach out if there are any questions!
