[Tall-Corn] Passing of Carl Owens

Greetings, Carl Owens was a member of the NFBI in the 1970s and later left
Iowa to go to work for the Federal Government  in Philadelphia. We received
notice that he had passed away in the past three months. There are a number
of our members that knew him either because of going to school with him or
from ham radio.
