Hello Bob,
Thank you very much for the information. When I called the Senate
switchboard number a few times, a recording told me each time, "Sorry the
mailbox is full, so you cannot leave a message."
The number for the House of Representatives switchboard, however, seems to
be good, and I was able to leave a message.
