[Tall-Corn] Sad news from the National Federation of the Blind of Iowa

Greetings All:

Along with Sandi Ryan (and maybe a few others that have gone before
us), Joe was one of the first people I met after joining the National
Federation of the Blind of Iowa. Thoughts and prayers for Lora and her
family. Countless wonderful recollections of this very fine gentleman.
