Good Evening Federation Family:

I have a couple of important updates regarding our upcoming national
convention in Houston. First, for those who have resubmitted their exhibit
hall registration preferences, we are aware that the email confirmation is
not going out, but the data is being captured and exported from an excel
spreadsheet. If you have contacted me about checking on your registration, I
have checked them and we have your preferences. We will be filling shifts
based on first come, first serve, so if we have duplicate entries, we'll be
getting in touch to fill the remaining slots. If you have not resubmitted
your preferences, please do so before the form closes on 6/26, otherwise we
will work from the emails we did receive the first time around to help fill
the holes in the schedule. Please make sure we have your best contact number
at convention in case we need to reach you on site!

As a reminder, the form is available at
https://nfbi.org/national-convention/exhibit-table-signup

If you have questions, please contact Chelsea Van Gorp at 601-618-5170 or by
email at cvangorp at nfbi.org <mailto:cvangorp at nfbi.org>

Second, the affiliate caucus is set for July 2, at 6PM. Here are the
details. Please put this as part of your convention agenda!

Date: Sunday, July 2

Time: 06:00 PM - 07:00 PM

Room: 343 B

I'll pass on more updates as needed. In the meantime, please reach out with
any questions! Let's make this a great time in Houston!
