[Tall-Corn] National Convention updates and reminders!

Good Evening Federation Family:

Here are a few updates and reminders as national convention approaches.
First, just a reminder that limited assistance is available. The form is
located at

The form closes on May 31, 2023. Decisions on funding will be communicated
by June 15, 2023.

 

We will once again be selling popcorn, scissors, and hats at our affiliate
table in the exhibit hall. Chelsea Van Gorp is our exhibit table coordinator
this year. The online form to sign up for exhibit table times is available
at

This form is open through 6/25/23. Please secure your spots as soon as
possible if you are planning to work so that we have an idea where help is
needed to fill positions. Please contact Chelsea by phone at 601-618-5170 or

questions!

 

I am getting reports that the Hilton may be full, so if you tri and get a
room there and are unable to, you will want to book at the Marriott. Please
note there is a $6 difference per night at that hotel, so the rate there is
$125 plus tax.

More information will be coming out about convention activities and the
agenda. I am also working with our national organization to secure a caucus
time and will let you know the date and location once that has been
established.

National convention registration also closes May 31 for in-person
preregistration. If you need to register on site, your prices will go up.
