Thank you Jonathan for letting us know. Do we have Brian’s address in case anyone wants to send flowers or a card to his mom.

Dear OldCapChap friends:

Some of you already know, but I wanted to spread the word to all of you that Brian Saucer unexpectedly died yesterday at 3:30 p.m., due to a massive heart attack. The day before he had attended our annual holiday party in Iowa City, and seemed his normal amiable self, and on the road back to Cedar Rapids he seemed as animated as ever, so this came as a big surprise.

I have heard second-hand that there will be no funeral, that he will be cremated, and will have his ashes in a vault at Cedar Memorial in Cedar Rapids. If I find out anything different I will pass the info on. Please keep Brian’s mom, family, and friends in your thoughts, and remember his amiable enthusiasm and interest in being an active part of our movement.

Best wishes,

Jonahan Ice
