Hi and happy holidays to all,
a
Brian was a longtime member of the At Large Chapter. I didn't know him as well as Julie did. He was on Julie's calling list so she talked with him every month for many years.
About three years ago, Julie told me that Brian was a nephew to Judy Moehlis. Judy taught at Iowa Braille in the early 1960s and devoted her life to educating children.
Recently, we have learned of the sudden passing of a couple great friends and colleagues: Kasey Walker and Brian Saucer. And, while it is great to bestow glowing accolades upon these people upon their death, I am thinking we should do more of that with our friends and colleagues who are still here with us. No one knows what tomorrow may bring. We never know if this might be the last holiday we will celebrate with a friend or loved one. So, if there is someone in your life who means a lot to you, consider letting them know how you fell while they are still living. Too often, we neglect to share the positive ways in which someone has impacted our life.
Merry Christmas to all and to all, a good night.
Sincerely,
April

Hello my N F B Family,
I spoke with Brian's mom today, twice for a lengthy time. She is 92 years old and kind of lost with being everything so sudden. I am hoping to have some more details and information for you all bye tomorrow evening. I am working with her and trying to help, but things are moving slowly. Also, I will have information about his obituary.
Peace, Intesar
