Mary,

I  would be available mon - fri. nights or sat. morning.  I  think that I am
on this committee, however, due to deaths in my family last year I  was less
then on my game.  So I  want to let you know that I am still interested in
being a member of this committee.

Dear Iowa Federationists;

              As some of you know, I've had very poor attendance at
Fundraising Committee Meetings.  Some of this may be my mistake because I
may have chosen days of the week or month that aren't available to you.
Therefore, I write to ask each of you to email me at mmcatitude at gmail.com
<mailto:mmcatitude at gmail.com>  and tell me which days of the week have full
evenings for you, evenings when you absolutely, positively cannot have a
Fundraising Committee Meeting.  I'm asking all of you in the Affiliate
because you're all invited to join the Fundraising Team.  Also, tell me
which week of the month is most available for you, i.e. the first?  The
second?  Etc.  How would you feel about a Saturday morning?  

              I want to schedule meetings when you have time for them.
Fundraising is important and it takes a lot of work by many people working
together.  

              Thank you very much; together we'll do great things, and I
look forward to hearing from you.
