[Tall-Corn] Affiliate Update - Kim Brown

Good Morning Federation Family:

It is with mixed emotions that I write to you this morning. Kim Brown, our
second Vice-President, reached out to me late last month and expressed her
desire to resign from the board of directors of the National Federation of
the Blind of Iowa, effective immediately. I have accepted her resignation.
Kim, we are sad to see you step down, but we know this will provide more
opportunities to spend time with your family and pursue other interests, and
we're happy about that. I believe I speak for all in the National Federation
of the Blind of Iowa when I say thank you for your service to the Blind of
Iowa, and thank you for especially taking over the Second Vice-President's
role the last few years. We wish you well in your next endeavors, and you're
always welcome and we look forward to your continued work building the
Federation in Iowa and beyond. 

As a result, the office of Second Vice-President will remain vacant until
state convention when we will vote on all five officer positions.
