Helping to nurture good neighbors and successful renters.  

Free class for tenants to come and learn about their basic rights and responsibilities as a renter in Iowa.

This is a 2 hour class with a Q/ A at the end. Class is taught by a HUD Certified Housing Counselor. Certificate given with completion of class.
