[Tall-Corn] Director's Forums

I think this is concerning that some of the forums are being held in conjunction with IVRS. Did Stacey say why this is happening? This combined with DAS handling all of IDB’s financials is not good and leads towards making it easier to be combined with IVRS and/or put under a different agency. In the past, DAS always tried to take money back from IDB because they did not understand how the federal money and grants worked. Former Director Wharton prevented this from happening, but we heard previously that Stacey allowed for money to go back to the state.

Hi All,

FYI, when I talked with Director Cervenka today, she said that the forum was at noon yesterday. The subject of the email was correct, and no idea where the 11 o’clock in the Zoom info came from. She confirmed that the forum will continue to be at noon.

On the third month of each quarter, March, June, September, and December, IDB and IVRS leadership will be joining together to share additional info; we can plan to attend the regular forum in February and the combined event in March, still at the usual time.

Sorry for any confusion.

That looks like my fault. If you read the email I forwarded, it says 11, but in my rush to get it out before I left town I didn’t notice that the time was different than what it has been for the last several years. I’m sorry.
