Maybe rather than a note it was a novel. Anyway, if you cannot write all 23
of these members, write to some. If one is from your district, write that
person. They particularly want to hear from someone in their district. Be
sure to let them know your location. That was a fatal flaw in my messages,
but I have still received responses. If you don't, they might well think
your message is Spam.
