Thanks buddy!  Sorry our phone connection was so terrible.  Was away from home at the moment.  
still remember my access number but didn't remember the toll free, as last I used it there was still a local dial-up for Burlington.  Only time i used the toll free was a few times when traveling, and a lot of times when traveling since then I had the IOS version.  

Will probably use it tomorrow from a location with a good landline type phone.
