It seems that, when trying to pay by credit card, the cart still tries to get you to sign up for a PayPal account even though you don’t whish to do so. This does not affect sending the initial form through, it’s only during the checkout step. If you have received confirmation of your registration, yet nothing has been charged to your payment method, your best option would be to send a check for the amount to our PO Box.
