It was a positive endeavor to work jointly with Joe when he was the chair and the Committee of Blind Managers and I was Division Administrator of B.E.P. Joe was brimming with common sense when it came to life in general, and blindness issues in particular. Joe, I know you are in a better place. Services will be held in Des Moines on April 15, 2023, and we will share full details for those later. For now, let’s keep his wife Laura, and the rest of his family in our thoughts and prayers.
