One thing that may help is to make sure your Zoom app, whether you use it on your phone or computer, is up to date. Zoom does this thing where if your app gets too far out of date, or if you haven’t installed an update that they say is critical, you can’t join meetings until you update. They say they do this for security. </font></div><div><font color="#000000">You can always test out your Zoom before a meeting, even days in advance, by clicking on the meeting link and seeing if it loads correctly.
