I thank u for the advice U just gave everyone. So often we do not give thanks to many who have blessed our lives. I am also forgetting to thank those who are closest to me for the things they do. So again thanks for the message u just gave. May u and your family -ies have a blessed Christmas this year. </p><p>
I pray u all stay warm this wkend. Here in NW Ia it will be below zero so this old lady is trying to find more covers while sitting in my chair getting my legs up so my dr does not chew me out to much. </p><p>
I did go to the Y this morning for my gym class Several others opted -younger than me -83 stayed home as it was to cold to get out. Wondered why I was so brave April. </p><p>

Brian was a longtime member of the At Large Chapter. I didn't know him as well as Julie did. He was on Julie's calling list so she talked with him every month for many years.</p><p>

About three years ago, Julie told me that Brian was a nephew to Judy Moehlis. Judy taught at Iowa Braille in the early 1960s and devoted her life to educating children.</p><p>
</p><p>
Recently, we have learned of the sudden passing of a couple great friends and colleagues: Kasey Walker and Brian Saucer. And, while it is great to bestow glowing accolades upon these people upon their death, I am thinking we should do more of that with our friends and colleagues who are still here with us. No one knows what tomorrow may bring. We never know if this might be the last holiday we will celebrate with a friend or loved one. So, if there is someone in your life who means a lot to you, consider letting them know how you fell while they are still living. Too often, we neglect to share the positive ways in which someone has impacted our life.</p><p>

I spoke with Brian's mom today, twice for a lengthy time. She is 92 years old and kind of lost with being everything so sudden. I am hoping to have some more details and information for you all bye tomorrow evening. I am working with her and trying to help, but things are moving slowly. Also, I will have information about his obituary.</p><p>
