So as to not be misinterpereted:
The law has been made more clear lately and you guys won your case so as to
not be left on the grounds of your dog. To punish a person criminally seems
like overkill. We all probably belive this person will get fined fifty
dollars. What if the group shows up in force and a judge decides, yeah,
these people are right... and hits this guy with thirty days in jail. Is
there a civil rights victory here, or just a measure of revenge?
I brought up the blind vendor thing as I believe this was a fight that
meritted and received a sustained fight. I'm not saying the dog thing is or
isn't worthwhile. I'm saying it's an issue that has already been decided.
