Good morning,

This message is to request support from blind parents and like-minded
individuals, who care about the ability of blind parents to maintain
custody of their children in the state of Tennessee.

Next Thursday, March 24, 2016, at 9:00 AM, the Rutherford County
Chancery Court has agreed to hear an emergency petition, filed against
myself, alleging inability to continue to parent my almost 16-year-old
daughter, due to my inability to keep her safe as I have no vision.

Please join myself and other blind parents at the court house, located
in the center of the square in Murfreesboro on the morning of the
hearing. To show Rutherford County, and the state of Tennessee, that
blind parents can parent effectively, safely, and should not need to
defend this right to the legal community.

If you would like more information you are welcome to contact me at
(615) 631-5062

I look forward to seeing you on the 24th.

Sincerely,
Sheri Anderson
