[Tn-talk] Invitation Upcoming 1Touch Self Defense Class Registration Now Open

Dear Friends,       

I want to let you know about another exciting opportunity for you! The
1Touch TN team is happy to announce our next 6 week Self Defense class will
start November 7th. The Class will be offered twice a week for 6 weeks on
Monday and Thursdays from 1 -3 pm, at the Nashville Public Library, located
at 4312 Gallatin Rd, Nashville 37216. Offering the class twice a week allows
you the flexibility that if you need to miss a class or your schedule does
not allow you to make both classes, you can easily be caught up at your next

The cost of the class is $35.00 per person. If cost is an issue please
contact us at 1touchtn at gmail.com to discuss a scholarship. There is no
reason anyone should not have the tools to travel safely and confidently.

1Touch Self Defense is a unique, empowering, and exciting self-defense
program design to teach anyone how to confidently recognize, evaluate, and
effectively react to a potential threat, with the maximum outcome of
De-escalating the situation, ensuring everyone involved' s safety.

The self-defense techniques are fully accessible and designed for
practicality. There is no age limit, no physical strength needed or prior
martial arts background necessary. 1TouchT works with male/female, children,
seniors, veterans, professionals in blindness education, sighted, people who
are visually impaired/Blind, deaf deaf/blind and people with multiple
disabilities. No matter vision level or ability, 1Touch gives you the tools
you need to put you in the best possible position to achieve the best
outcome. The process of the practice is one of perception, confidence,
transformation, rehabilitation, communication, and personal development and
it happens to be a lot of fun.
