[Trainer-talk] Website Baker 2.6 manuals and ...

Hi everyone,

I now regularly upload Word-files to a website which is set up using
Website Baker 2.6.

My first puzzled question is, why, when I save the Word document as a
web page, doesn't it easily paste into the edit-field section of the
website without losing format? Which option in Word 2003 should I use
to minimise the loss of web-compatability "filtered web page"?

Secondly, I have administrative access to these web pages but no
experience of administering web pages but need to know how to:
 "modify" the pages on the site;
"shuffle the order of pages" on the site;
hopefully create archives i.e. so as to save a series of pages.

Would anyone with experience of this particular "cms" (whatever that
means) write to me off-list, please.

Finally, I've been told that pasting from Word into a web page isn't
good. So if I pasted into something like mMS FrontPage and then
transferred to the website would that help me? If so, I have the Iowa
casette tutorial for MSFP 2002, how easy will it be for me to pick up
the skills I need?

Many thanks.

Stefan Slucki.
