[Trainer-talk] win volume control

hi,

i found the sndvol32 command at:
http://www.adamsdvds.co.uk/run%20commands.php/

at least it throws you directly into the volume control and you can then hit 
1 tab and page up and then 1 more tab and space if mute was checked.
