Jim,

Go to the options menu, then go to the email options button. It's either in
this dialog box or if you choose the advanced email options button, it will
be in there. Just clear the checkbox that that discusses name filling.

Take care

Subject: [Trainer-talk] Outlook and autofill

Howdy,

Here's a question for you Outlook users.
How can Outlook's automemory be cleared?
For instance, if I no longer have a particular address in my address book or
contacts list, it still wants to autofill in that person's address.
Of course, I just keep typing, but it does get annoying.

Anyway, if you have any ideas, send them my way.
Thanks.
Jim
