Hi,

It will useESpeak for speech output and brltty for braille output. It will be multilingual and work with loadstone gps and all built-in applications on the phone as well as quick office. It will use free open source OCR like tesseract to do OCR  with thee phone's camera. It will work with the phone's web browser. also can change characteristics of espeak's voices and languages and turn keyy echo on and off and stuff.
