[Trainer-talk] Free Trainer Evaluation Training

Thanks for making this available!  I plan on looking, as we have been 
in the business of certifying trainers since 2004, here in Minnesota, 
and it is potentially complex.  There are at least two parts to it, 
one of which is harder to get at.  The first is does the person know 
the subject area.  Are they skilled enough to convey information to 
others.  The second deals with the ability to teach, and teaching 
adults, and teaching kids is different.  This area is harder to 
quantify -- particularly with limited resources of time and staff.
