I agree with you completely.  I get calls from people wishing to hire
trainers who have "some knowledge of computers."  It makes me cringe.

The higher we raise the standards, the better off our community will be.
I'm going to add some sample tests to the and an outline to the handbook
over the next couple days.  So the material will be updated a bit.
