[Trainer-talk] Using Facebook

Hi,

I am working on learning to use facebook.  Is there an easy way to send a
private message to someone?  I see writing on the wall but not how to send
someone a private message.  I am very new at this and would like to find a
basic tutorial or pod cast on using Face Book.

Anyone know of a resource?
