Hi Jan, 

The fix is Definitely in the Utilities menu, then configuration manager,
then set options, then say all options, uncheck the checkbox at the very top
of the dialog and click okay.

I have worked with a person who uses JAWS 9 and it is using RealSpeak for 
the sayall command.  We can't find where to change this to elequence for say

all.  Could someone please let me know where to change this?
