[Trainer-talk] Fwd: Weird Problems when Attaching Files

Hello Listers,
I am writing with an interesting problems.

I have a client who has JAWS 12 and a Windows 7 computer. When this
person tries to attach files and hits the Browse button to look for
the files, JAWS does not read the list of files. In order to access
the list he has to use the JAWS cursor and left-click on the file he
wants to attach. What could be the problem? Why isn't his list of
files showing up and being read by JAWS? Is there a checkbox or
something that needs to be dealth with? All help is appreciated. Thank
you!
