In general newer software works best with newer software, so I would consider JAWS 12, at least, if not 13.

Hello, Wise Ones!
I am considering taking the on-line qualification test for Jeopardy! which is in fast-moving flash. I use JAWS 11; is there an upgrade or anything else I should do to optimize my chances of keeping up with the flash questions that come and go every so many seconds?
