[Trainer-talk] IPads?

Well, for me, there's no comparison.

The iPad is so light, I walk around the house with it from room to
room as I'm doing chores. The battery seems to last forever and you
can use the iPad standing, sitting or lieing down. I use it in bed
most mornings to read the news and listen to the tech news before
getting up.

I could do all of these things with a laptop, but unless I got a teeny
tiny one, it would be awkward beyond belief.

I don't think that even a tiny laptop like a Mac book Air would be as
easy to use and carry as an iPad.

The biggest question is why would someone with no sight go for the
iPad and not the iPod Touch.

There are some iPad apps, like BCC iPlayer for example, that don't run
on the iPod Touch because it runs only phone apps. However, someone
at the Apple store told me this is going to change in the future.

So, you could get an iPod Touch. I'd still use the iPad though, I
like the louder speaker.

Did I mention how amazing the Audible app is by the way?
