[Trainer-talk] Windows 7 woes

Okay, I must be missing something obvious!

I created home group on one of my Windows 7 machines.

I googled to obtain information on how to join a home group and/or houw to
add computers to an existing home group, but I see no option to join the
home group on 

The machine on which the home group has not been created. I get a message
indicating that there is no home group available.

Additionally, although both of these machines are running Windows 7
ultimate, on one, if I go to the search box and enter "control panel", I can
then get to a second search box in which I can type "home group".

On the other machine, if I type "control panel" into the search box, I get a
list of links but no ability to find or enter data into the search box.

Any help greatly appreciated.
