Heather,
I have been using Skype for over a year, in a training environment. I
have found that all of the keystrokes that are necessary to operate
Skype are also given in the menus, such as pick up control alt page
up and hang up control alt page down. I however, preferr GW connect on
my computer. I have also found that the iPhone app is fully
accessible.
I will be honest though, I have not dug deep into all of the features
of Skype, only those that my clients are using.
