Hello:
The sample training is fixed.

Here are answers to questions.
1.	If you or your agency provide remote training, what software do you
use? (Teamviewer, JoinMe, etc.). I know if it is JAWS training, I can use
Tandem.
Answer:
We use Skype and talking communities or over the telephone..
2.	Do you use something like Skype for the audio, or just do it over
the phone?
Answer:
We use both.
3.	If you do it over the phone, do you provide the student a headset?
Answer:
We do not supply screen readers, computers or any other equipment. That is
the responsibility of the client.

4.	When you have a student who needs to use keyboard commands, do you
work with the student in person for a while first so you can mark their
keyboard and be sure they are skilled at finding all the needed keys?
Answer:
Everything is done via the classroom, Skype or over the telephone unless one
of the trainers has a local client. Keyboarding skills is essential skill
to have so we recommend that the client purchases a talking typer program of
sort before we provide training.
5.	What types of problems have you encountered with students that would
make remote training really difficult? (Maybe hearing impairment, needing
to do some hand over hand modeling, etc.).
Answer:
We have not had any major issues while providing remote training through
Skype or any other method. We are aware that not all clients can afford our
hourly rate; however, as the owner of the website I am incline to work out
some sort of payment arrangements.
Please have your clients contact us at the below number if they are
interested in receiving any of our training services.
We provide mac, IPhone, jaws, Window eyes, NVDA, system access, voice over
and web design training.
Thank you.

I will add your company to the list I keep for clients of ways they can keep
learning to use JAWS on their own. Your link to the sample is broken. Can
you describe how you use Skype and Talking Communities to do training? I
work for Metrolina Association for the Blind. We are a non-profit agency,
and the majority of our clients could not possibly afford 30 dollars an
hour. We work with clients for 40 hours, and sometimes they need a second
round of training. I actually just sent out an email about remote training
last week. Here are the questions I asked.
