[Trainer-talk] Adjusting spacing on a pre-existinf MS Word Macro

Dear Knowledgeable Ones:
 
In my current position, I must edit resumes that arrive in a variety of MS Word Macros. I ofyen need to update data on these resumes and need to know a quick way to adjust spacing so that longer or shorter text still will format properly. I hae tried Page Layout then  selecting columns without success. I use JAWS 13 wtth MAGic.
 
Any  assistance is greatly appreciated!
