[Trainer-talk] Repost of Criss Cole technology position

[Wayne Merritt]

For what its worth, the classification that the job has of B15 means
that the person hired will get a garanteed raise in salary twice in
the next 4 years. The first will come 2 years after they start and
then again 2 years after that. This is according to my boss. So if the
salary seems low, it will increase twice in the next 4 years.
