I don't quite see how they keep going, but I know that at least as of last
week, I still got an automated e-mail from them.  You might try calling.
Historically they've always been quite responsive.

Hi,

Anyone know what's up with GW Micro? I've sent them 2 e-mails now over a
period of weeks, and gotten no response at all. The 1st e-mail was one given
right on their own web site (support at ...). 
The other was "sales at ..." hoping that it might prove more likely to get a
response. It did not.

I hear lots of negative stuff about Freedom Scientific, but I'll tell you,
they are better at responding, so far, in my experience.
