[Trainer-talk] Outlook 10 attachment window question

I have seen it and found out the same info.  We tell our clients to think of
the attachment field as an attachment itself.  So expect to see one more
attachment mentioned then there really is.  It is a simplified explaination
and it gives a mental picture of where the attachments are.  we try to give
mental pictures.  Like explaining the desktop as an actual desk with
physical folders on it and how you would open the folder to get out a paper
which is a file/document and so on.  Seems to work.

The attachment window contains an attachment of the message in Mime format
showing all the headers and addressing information and have not found a way
to remove this in any way

I've noticed that when I receive a message with an attachment, or more than
one, when I shift-tab back to the attachment window, JAWS always tells me
there is one more attachment than there really is.  So, for instance, if I
have two documents attached to a message, it will tell me there are 3
attachments there.  It says one of three.  What causes this and is there a
fix?
