[Trainer-talk] Security Error Message In Windows 7 when trying to save a file

Is the person an administrator? If not, this could be the problem. Windows 7
complains especially if you try to save to the root of the C drive. Where
are they trying to save the file?

When trying to save a file from NotePad to the C drive, a security message
occurs. This is on a machine where the person is the only user. Thoughts?
