I would suggest she try DocUScanPlus from Serotek, she can try a trial
version, and it can take either protected or unprotected .pdf
S and turn them in to text for reading. s

Subject: [Trainer-talk] ZipForms with JAWS

She is currently using JAWS 14 and Kurzweil 1,000. Both programs were
unable to access the PDF files. When we tried importing the file in
Kurzweil, we got a message saying: "The system could not load or open
those files as they are protected."
Any help is greatly appreciated!
