[Trainer-talk] Need help restoring Folder to the New Submenu

Hi All 

It sounds to me like you may be confusing the "My Documents" folder with the "Documents" library.  In the documents library, you cannot create new folders because you are not in a folder, just a library.  Libraries are usually accessed by the start menu.  To go to the my documents folder choose the user's name from the start menu and then choose my documents.  From there you will be able to create a new folder within the my documents folder as you normally would.
