Nancy,

I have personally used cash manager by accomplish. It is a good program. It is menu driven, so you are able to access all the features. I do suggest to contact the customer support after purchasing, they will assist you in setting the program up to suit your needs. They are based out of New Zealand, so there is a time delay. But in my opinion a very good company.
