Hello, I found the original message now. Here's my suggestion, please
turn off Bluetooth and then back on and see if you are able to pair. If
this doesn't work, try a complete power off of the phone and then power
up. Third, if that still doesn't work, please go to Settings and General
and Reset and choose the reset network settings. It's my understanding
that resetting network settings will erase all wi-fi and Bluetooth
profiles and you will have to re-create them. So, in the case of Wi-Fi
specifically, make sure you have the necessary passwords for the Wi-Fi
networks you will have to set up again.
