Bright Tree and relating billing software from other vendors in the same 
group are not accessible.  It'll take some war to force accessibility.  The 
war may be worth it if there are enough soldiers ready to carry the arms!

Perhaps you can also find someone higher up the ladder who'd let you run a 
web interface.
